One of the leading Engineering Consultant Companies in Saudi Arabia providing services in Studies & Urban Planning, Building and infrastructure Design, Value Engineering, Project Management, Construction Supervision, Arbitration, Training & Workshops, requires Project Managers for their Hospital Project in Saudi Arabia. Job responsibilities include, but not limited to: - Manage and supervise all on-site field construction activities from the kick off till completion and handing over. Oversee establishment of Project Execution Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan, and other documents as required. - Direct the overall planning of construction activities to identify critical milestones and priorities. - Prepares periodic reports summarizing progress of construction activities for higher-level management and clients. - Proven ability to perform in a management capacity, excellent written and oral communications skills, and a thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations. - Knowledgeable of current technology and how it can be effectively utilized on the project
