• Execute any sales activities, plans and procedures.
• Attract new clients and follow-up to close leads.
• Prepare quotations based on Customer’s requirement and technical speciation’s.
• Negotiate, finalize sales agreements, and ensure timely payment of receivable.
• Monitor markets, potential projects and competitor activity.
• Responsible to achieve the set sales target.
• Promote the company services to the assigned clients as well identifying and acquiring new clients.
• Assess client’s needs and resources and recommend the appropriate goods, system or services.
• Maintain and up-to-date account profile of all customers / prospects.
• Study and prepare sales offers.
• After Sales follow up and resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
• Troubleshoot customers’ problems.
• Follow up on collections closely with the finance.
• Stay updated with respect to product knowledge and sales technique.
• Submit the required reports on time.
