Serve as the Human Resources Payroll Services Systems and Operations functional specialist.
Coordinate and manage the operation of the payroll function. Process all payrolls and produce all payroll data for all employees of the including production of reports and statements required
Maintain employee payroll records and documents, including required data for tax purposes and social insurance.
Enforce, interpret, and explain payroll policies and procedures.
Assist the Human Resources Dept and Professional Standards with the resolution of problems, the development of reasonable security and the establishment of adequate internal controls.
Create and maintain spreadsheet, database, and word-processing files for transportation payroll.
Assist employees with matters concerning salaries, and benefits.
Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Administrator for Payroll Services Systems and Operations.
Ensures the timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll using payroll ERP software.
Compiles payroll data, ensures accuracy and reconciliation of errors to maintain payroll records.
Aligns with Saudi Arabia regulation for the staff
Prepares wire transfers to the bank for direct deposit and manual paychecks
Computes and prepares severance pay and end of service calculations
Maintains accurate records of accrued vacations and accrued air fare
Maintain current knowledge of rules, regulations, and procedures governing payroll and ensure compliance with country rules and regulations
