To identify and grasp new sales and business development opportunities and expand coverage of CSI’s full product range, to achieve the set sales targets as per the agreed yearly sales plan.
- Responsibilities:
1. Prepares CSI’s annual Sales forecast and targets, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and strategies, and obtains approval from the Director of Sales / CEO.
2. Maximize customer retention and consistent with targets of growth and revenue.
3. Responsible for achieving or exceeding own-Sales Target each month as specified in the Sales Manual and Quota scheme.
4. Conducts strategic accounts sales calls, and maintains a professional and credible business relationship with them.
5. Identifies and closes new business opportunities.
6. Cooperates with the Head Office and the Marketing Team for the preparation of major marketing events’ (i.e. seminars, conferences, exhibitions etc.), ensuring all marketing communication tools are addressing the client needs.
7. Plan and implement sales and customer retention and development.
8. Conducts performance evaluation of subordinates (if applicable) and accordingly prepares training needs plan and submits to the Human Resources Manager for review and approval.
9. Exhibiting an enthusiastic and positive attitude in day to day activities
10. Recruit, manage, train and motivate direct reporting staff according to company procedures, policy and employment law.
11. Use personal judgment and initiative to develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles in Sales activity and procedures.
12. Monitor, record, analyze and report on activities, trends, results and recommendations relating to sales activities.
13. Develop self, and maintain knowledge in relevant fields at all times.
14. Adhere to health and safety policy, and other requirements relating to care of equipment.
