ABOUT THIS JOB
Service Delivery aims to ensure that the product and service provided by organization provides its fit for purpose and meets customer expectations. A service delivery engineer - co-ordinates the activities required to meet the goals by using our BAKER HUGHES Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Action Programs Process (FRACAS –DMAIC).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Report to GeoMarket CS Service Delivery Manager
· “Owner” of transactional and operational NPT incidents – focal point for Tech Support team, AE and Operations
· Create and distribute preliminary failure report along with RE on day of failure ( maximum 24 hrs)
· Operations support for failure presentations to customer (revise reports etc)
· Focal point for critical CS deployments
· Focal points for new technology introductions using BHOS process
· Owner Job planning process
· Pre-job meeting monitoring with rig crews
· Conduct Post-job meetings and collect lesson learned
· HIF failure presentation and reporting
· Job Execution monitoring, highlighting issues to AE, Technical team and Operations
· “After Action Review” monitoring to ensure we learn from previous deployments
· Collection and reaction to rig site customer survey documents
· Risk assessment of deployments
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
BS degree or equivalent
Minimum of 6 years in Liner hanger and Completions operations
Six Sigma training is a plus
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Baker Hughes management courses and seminars.
Introduction to Well Bore Constructions WBC
Liner Hanger Systems
Liner Hanger Applications and Design
C&P Products and Applications
