The Operation Manager will be responsible for the first contact with the client to ensure that efficient installation of all required gas systems is done to prepare the client for LPG supply and usage.
He/she manages the team responsible for visiting, mapping, costing and installation of the needed equipment. He/she advises on appropriate actions to ensure minimum costs are incurred while maintaining highest levels of quality and customer satisfaction.
He/she is responsible to review, amend, and approve client offers, BOQs, installation maps, and other related client installation documentation.

and recommend Sales offers in collaboration with the GM.

the daily activities of Sales & Installations and ensure that all policies and procedures are abided by.
and evaluate the performance of his team against preset goals and be accountable for the results.
regular meetings with subordinates to set priorities, review and motivate performance
between the Sales and Installations and resolve any arising challenges
and manage staff resources according to changing needs
that the Sales & Installations team operates in a safe, legal and ethical manner
, amend, and approve monthly Sales and Installations team payment
health and safety practices
, amend, and approve offers for clients with detailed BOQ, maps and other client specifications
with Collection team on payment and credit collection
weekly report for the progress of offers and project execution
