Call Center Agents - Abdul Hadi A. Al Qahtani - Aviation Devision

Responsibilities:

Communicates with customers by telephone to provide information regarding fares, schedules, flight routings and availability of flights using computer-based reservations systems.Provides calm, friendly, professional customer service in an efficient and accurate manner works in a cooperative spirit to ensure the success of a team environment.

• Performs other duties as assigned

• Ability to be flexible and respond readily to change

• Ability to communicate professionally in both verbal and written format

• Ability to creatively problem solve one on one with customers

• Ability to work individually and in a team environment

• Ability to be detail oriented, highly organized and be able to multi-task

• Ability to memorize city and airline codes (alpha and numeric)

• Ability and willingness to learn and comprehend company policies and procedures

• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude

• Computer proficiency including use of MS Word and Excel Programs

• Computer keyboarding and data entry experience

• Ability to learn and demonstrate proficiency in use of computerized reservations systems
