Customer Service Representative - Ecolab

Job Overview



Interface between the Company and customers including the company Sales for all sales related matters. Execute all customer service processes and procedures.



Main Responsibilities



• Process customers’ orders and Sales call-off requests in the ERP system.

• Execute the following operations: order receipt, customers and sales communications, order processing, and order confirmation process.

• Execute all the procedures and tasks under the process “Sales Orders Processing - Ship & Bill”.

• Execute the processes “Essential Data Items for Orders Placement” and “Lead-time Guidelines”

• Stays abreast of all export regulatory requirements.

• Assists customer personnel, sales, marketing and purchasing to resolve supply issues, including direct dialogue with the customer.

• Fosters a culture of continuous improvement within the CS, actively seeks improvement opportunities, develop and implement solutions.

• Participate in developing, reviewing and updating as necessary all procedures relevant to CS.

• Participate in investigations to ensure timely corrective action measures are taken and preventive actions are planned.

• Makes customer calls, public appearances and hosts customer visits and audits in support of sales and marketing.

• Execute rush orders requests with customers/sales by proactively aligning with supply chain resources.

• Performs other duties as mutually agreed with CS Supervisor.
