Responsibilities
Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance.
Updating the resume database including classifying resumes, entering tickets, and updating terminations.
Recruits, interviews, tests and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
Creating and submitting requests for purchase orders as required
Organizing meetings and take minutes.
Processing employee start papers.
File management.
Additional responsibilities may be included later.
Requirements
Must have at least 5 years of experience in the same position.
Ability to multi-task and work independently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to interact with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment.
Education
Bachelor degree in Human Resourcing or related field.
Skills
Excellent in computer practice.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent use of Ms-Office.
Fluent in English and Arabic is a must
