This is a field job ~50km near Taimaa' City, Tabuk Province, Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
Mine Planning, production schedules and cost estimation.
Open pit and geotechnical design.
Determining equipment and infrastructure requirements for mining process.
Development of long-term operational mine plans in line with the strategic business plan.
Submitting daily reports to the head office.
Additional responsibilities may be included later.
Requirements
Must have at least 5 years open pit/surface mine experience.
Strong understanding of mining processes and systems.
Strong analytical skills and problem solving abilities are required.
Ability to interact with mining customers, interpret their requirements and present suitable solutions.
Professional report writing, presentation and verbal communication skills.
Project management skills.
Must be able to work independently.
Estimation and financial analysis will be an assist in this role
Excellent use of mining software package (Surpac, Datamine, volcan, …etc) would be an advantage.
Valid drive license.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or higher.
Skills
Excellent in computer practice.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent use of Ms-Office.
Fluent in English is a Must.
