Role Purpose: Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in the following assigned Geographical regions, for all products Categories distributed by the company related to its following Business units by directing the sales team and providing leadership towards the achievement of maximum growth in line with company vision and values. Establish plans to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for clients and sales staff, and manage the branch daily activities.
Responsibilities:
- Develops a branch business & sales Plan for the assigned market that ensures attainment of company sales goals.
- Responsible for the performance and development of Account Executives (Sales Staff)
- Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales and prospects.
- Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new market channels.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Marketing Plans when and as needed
- Conduct one-on-one review will all Account Executives to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs,
and to provide insight for the improvement of Account Executive's sales and activity performance.
- Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance
- Provides, accurate Information about competitors, their activities and sales policies in the market.
-Maintains accurate records of all Prices, Sales, and activity reports submitted by accounts Executives.
- Creates, conducts, reviews, and approves proposal presentations and "RFQ/RFP" responses
- Assists Account Executives in preparation of proposals and presentations
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
- Participate in recruiting, testing and hiring Account Executives based on criteria agreed upon by senior management
- Manage all branch daily activities in collaboration with various departments (Finance & |Accounting, Human Recourses, Logistics, .etc.)
