- Must have a VALID LEED AP Green building certificate
- Designing and detailing buildings as per green principles of LEED to reach sustainable solutions and to acquire LEED ratings. Acquiring local environmental clearances’ (local corporations and ministries)and supervising the implementation of principles in construction phase.
- Does all the design functions from conception to completion which involves client dealing, site visit, concept development, design development and detailing, working drawings, shop drawings, project scheduling,quality approval, license drawings and liaison to completion.
- Directing team of architects and draftsmen in preparing drawings for various legal approvals,licensing,environmental clearances like Ministry of environment and forest, corporation approvals abiding laws like coastal regulation zone, inland navigation laws and other byelaws including municipal building rules.
- Managing and driving Construction process through Design development, Material/Shop Drawing approval, execution and quality control etc, making sure they are of highest standard and in line with project milestones.
- Detailed analysis of drawings, specifications, schedules and BOQs to identify sub-contract package(s) scope of work in conjunction with contractor and the client for the smooth functioning of the project
- Working knowledge in essential softwares such as autoCAD and REVIT.
