ALJ Jeddah has a exciting position available for a creative and outgoing Events Manager.
We are looking for someone:
1. To devise and manage the TMO events calendar to fulfill set briefs.
2. Represent the company at high-profile events and ensure active project management is applied to all tasks.
3. Manage one team member.
4. Internal presentation of proposed event formats, budgets and implementation methods to management for approval
5. Management of operational event requirements.
6. Full co-ordination of campaign delivery
7. Briefing agencies on client requirements.
8. Ensuring clarity of requirements
9. Liaise with associated agencies and stakeholders to ensure delivery of 360 degree campaigns
10. Setting of consistent KPI measures and ensuring events are geared towards delivering measurable ROI benefits (pre/post brand tests, leads gathered etc.)
11. Representing the company in supplier negotiations
