Your Primary responsibility is to ensure that digital fulfillment of customer requested information is excellent in quality and accuracy. To ensure that online content is up to date, engaging, comprehensive and in line with customer expectations in terms of quality and depth. Monitor the Toyota digital estate; ensuring that content is up to date. Manage the content management systems of the Toyota digital estate - except Social Media sites.
1. Produce product and brand content to support the increasing appetite for digital assets by consumers.
2. Create, curate and maintain a library of digital assets that are up to date and accurate to support the customer vehicle research and selection process.
3. Management of key suppliers/sources of online content.
4. Ensure publication of asset lists and availability of materials for cross-company utilisation and sharing.
5. Develop and maintain a content hub
6. Support departmental need for assets - sharing content across the department, divisions and if necessary, countries.
