• To arrange and manage day-to-day operation and maintenance of the Gallery
• To ensure that the Gallery is presented to a high standard at all times
• Operationally manage events as the lead contact for the Gallery and all suppliers on site,
• To coordinate and assist in set up and dismantle of exhibitions. from event set up to pack down.
• To enhance the visitor experience and appreciation of the art offering
• In collaboration with other staff, be responsible for the implementation, monitoring and development of all policies regarding safety and security of the Gallery
• To establish inventory of the storage
• To maintain Gallery HR records.
• To control visitors' access to exhibits & to ensure safety of collections.
• To ensure efficient, courteous and timely services to visitors. Meeting and greeting visitors.
• To maintain files and records on all events, & contacts
