International Recruiter

Responsible for all the recruitment activities such as screening, contact agencies, interviewing, assessing, recommending qualified candidates to the concern department in order to achieve the recruitment plan. Key Responsibilities 1. Identifying the channel of recruitment and screening resumes . 2. Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria. 3. Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills. 4. Arrange with the department heads for technical interview schedule. 5. Participate with the department head for final interview and selection if needed. 6. Arrange for overseas interviews and provide travel arrangements as necessary 7. Filter and refer applicants to department heads in the organization and making hiring recommendations when appropriate. 8. Contact applicants to inform them of job offer’s terms and make financial negotiation if needed. 9. Conduct reference and background checks on applicants if needed. 10. Follow on new employee’s arrival date. 11. Instruct administration for airport pickup, accommodation.....etc. 12. Support HRMs with weekly update on recruitment progress.
