Reporting to the General Manager, the key role of the National Service Manager is to manage and oversee the operations of more than 4 workshops across the eastern region and assist the GM in setting up other mega workshops/service centers in the country. This role will be based in Khobar/Dammam with travel to other cities if needed.
Other main responsibilities of this role will include:
• Manage a team of 4 - 6 direct reports from Manager of spare-parts procurement, Workshop Managers, and quality control for the workshop operations with a large indirect team.
• Improve cost efficiency and productivity within the workshops from a managerial stand point
• Manage the investment in the after-sales services based on demand and business expansion requirements
• Report to top management on overall efficiency and performance of workshops
• Participate in strategic expansion projects.
