Personal Tutor/Customer Service Representative (Front Desk) - Wall Street English

As Personal Tutor you are central to your Students’ learning. Through providing a nurturing, fun and interactive learning environment in the Speaking Center and building relationships with Students, you have a unique opportunity to change their personal and professional futures.

Part of an education team of Personal Tutors, Teachers and Receptionists who work with and report to the Service Manager, you’ll work in synergy with the Sales team to provide a premium educational experience to your Students that is personalized and meets each individual’s needs. Together your aim is to ensure Students learn effectively and reach their personal goals. Each Student will need varying levels of support, approaches, and teaching techniques to maximize their learning. This is what will require you to be a true people person who can adapt to and anticipate each Student’s needs and inspire them to succeed.

The exceptional Service and care you provide will lead to renewals and referrals and the strengthening of the Wall Street English brand.
