• Direct involvement in the development of strategy, policies, business planning and financial management in a voluntary sector environment
• Experience of expanding and developing organization/s through increasing existing income streams and developing new methods of fundraising
• Providing clear leadership and direction for employees and volunteers
• Prepare and implement a Business Plan
• Ensuring development, quality levels and effectiveness of service delivery
• Develop and implement a Marketing and Fundraising Strategy
• Develop a strategy to increase long term funding
• Evaluate services to ensure they are provided in the most effective way to meet client needs in terms of cost and quality
• Raising the Charity’s profile and influence
• Managing and developing the Charity’s income streams
• Overseeing the HR, Finance and IT function
• Overseeing Health & Safety and Risk Management
• Managing upkeep and development of the Charity’s gifted property
