Direct Supervisor: CO2 Supervisor
Department: Maintenance.
Role Purpose:
Operate CO2 plant machinery in order to meet the daily/weekly production plants within specified quality parameters.
Accountabilities:
1. Monitor and operate machinery by adherence to standard operating procedures to achieve production and quality targets
2. To monitor any defects of the machine and inform supervisor.
3. Maintain logs on all equipment to meet reporting requirements.
4. Assist Supervisor in conducting minor repairs and maintaining equipment to meet preventative maintenance schedule
5. Adhere to safety procedures in plant operation and maintenance.
6. Conduct inspection, repair and filling of CO2 cylinders.
7. Cleaning plant area in order to meet hygiene and safety standards.
8. Adhere to HSE, QEA, AIBI and food safety regulations in work to fulfill regulatory and system compliance (mention standards as applicable).
