Sanitation engineer ensure that design plans for water projects plants meet all standards of construction. He monitors and reviews structural plans in order to ensure that current and future plants will withstand all stress factors as related to the projects and maintaining health standards. Sanitation engineer designs these construction plans electronically in order to test and predict possible structural problems.
Other responsibilities will include the followings:
• Design and conceptualize ideas that will be presented to clients.
• Communicate with clients or head officers regarding the project.
• Plan and manage projects.
• Develop a project that will be presented to clients regarding sanitation
• Manage and control materials needed as well as the laborers.
• Create plan through blueprints.
• Execute and layout projects that will be assigned.
• Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects.
• Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility.
• Manage and direct staff members and the construction, operations, or maintenance activities at project site.
• Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or program modifications and structural repairs to industrial and managerial personnel.
• Compute load and grade requirements, water flow rates, or material stress factors to determine design specifications.
