Araamis is willing to hire a new member in the service innovation and design team. The new team member will be working in service design and innovation projects in Saudi Arabia. The job is for one-year renewable contract. Interested talents from outside of Saudi Arabia will be required to relocate for the period of the contract. The job is available for both males and females.
Expected Contribution
1. Engaging with customers to build design briefs.
2. Building mood boards, personas, customer journeys, service blueprints, stakeholder maps.
3. Conducting research and gathering insights.
4. Defining research and insights driven design drivers and directions.
5. Leading ideation activities.
6. Visualizing concepts and supporting prototyping.
7. Building service specifications, KPIs, measurement mechanisms.
8. Designing and facilitating workshops.
9. Developing tools and outcomes artifacts throughout the design project lifecycle.
10. Supporting reporting and communication with customers as per project plan.
