About Your Job:
We are seeking a Human Resource Manager to join our team in REZAYAT GROUP you will be responsible for successfully managing, planning, and directing Human Resources functions and Personnel activities which include recruitment, training and development of employees, employee relations administration and ensuring the proper communication and implementation of the company's policies and procedures and ERP utilization for Human Resources module as well as performing Human Resources advisory for the Subsidiaries.
Some typical tasks which are within the scope of the role are as follows:-
1. Conduct studies and researches and provide completed policy proposals related to HR.
2. Work as the Governors with the Group Management and GHR relating to a variety of HR policies areas.
3. Develop and maintain GHR policies manual including required forms and procedures, and ensure the same is well communicated and accessible to all Company’s employees.
4. Provide functional staff guidance for the various HR programs related to HR policies.
5. Monitor laws that affect Company HR policies and procedures and recommend and draft new and revised personnel policies and procedures, as necessary.
6. Research and conduct impact analysis studies on issues regarding HR policies changes.
7. Coordinate with the Company’s HR Division to manage and conduct awareness campaigns and training programs for Company regarding GHR policies and procedures.
8. Act as an arbiter to other Group Companies and employees with regards to GHR policies and procedures.
9. Review employees` contract disputes and mediate labor related disputes and grievances between companies staff and other government organizations.
