Main Task;
• Work closely with the store manager to develop the annual budget for the Customer Service department.
• Monitor and improve the shopping experience for the customer all around the store by:
Acting as the customers’ advocate in the management team
Use customers’ feedback as a tool for improvements
Drive the change process by addressing the root cause of issues.
Take the ownership of driving service priorities.
• Secure that the Parking lot is safe and suitable for customer's cars.
• Manage the following departments/functions of the store
Entrance and greeter function
Playroom - taking care of the children so parents can shop in the store in an easy way
Replenishment of all Shopping tools all around the store (shopping trolleys, furniture trolleys, shopping bags, pencils, shopping lists, measuring tape, loan catalogues)
Family Friendly services around the store
Cash line / Check-out service and cash.
Home delivery services.
Exchanges and Returns.
• You determine and implement a Customer Service Policy throughout the store.
• Manage and lead co-workers in the department according to the IKEA corporate culture, local legislation.
• Plan the financial framework, maintain the agreed goals and follow up.
• You are responsible to contribute to the planning, execution and follow up of the store´s commercial calendar.
• You are responsible for routine reports, staff schedules and attendance, co-workers job assignments as well as your departments performance evaluations
• Follow-up and communicate the agreed KPI's.
