Mouchel started the process of staffing our new Jeddah KSA office branch and have fantastic opportunity for an experienced Deputy Project Manager to work on roadway and utility infrastructure design projects; along with mixed use projects.
Basic responsibilities includes, but not limited to the following:
• Remotely coordinate with multidiscipline design teams working on Jeddah projects, and provide them with needed site information and local design data.
• Coordinate with and manage subconsultants
• Update projects programme using Primavera or other planning software
• Attend meeting with client representative and prepare meeting minutes
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports
• If applicable, assist in technical translation of reports and other project documents
• Coordinate and mange staff to Closely work with local authorities and ministerial agencies to facilitate obtaining NOCs and information as needed to ensure all design submittals comply with regulations.
• Assist the project manager/director with financial management of projects and other business development needs.
