Lead the Design Oversight team
Provide oversight, monitor and report on design activities performed by the Consultant and their sub-consultants
Coordinate and manage interface between Consultant and Contractors
Review and monitor the Consultants design activities for compliance with the Programme Basis of Design, defined quality requirements and Consultant’s Professional Services Contract.
Manage the development of the design to the standard required to gain the necessary governmental and utility consents.
Provide regular progress reports to Senior Management.

Regulatory and Inter-Agency Coordination
Design/ Engineering Management Plan
Delivery System.
Design Submmitals Review/ Contract Compliance
