On behalf of a leading multinational FMCG client we are seeking a Real Estate Director for their Riyadh office.
You will be responsible for providing project financial management for Real Estate acquisition projects. You will manage and secure target key locations including trade area study and contracts negotiation.
• Assist in developing the functional strategies, business plans and budgets in accordance with companies overall strategies and directions.
• Develop, monitor and implement departmental policies and procedures.
• Manage and monitor the market research process for targeted key locations in line with companies expansion plans.
• Monitor and identify the geographical coverage of stores on trade areas.
• Develop and manage the Profit and Loss model in collaboration with Finance and Accounting, Marketing and Communications Departments and Construction and Project Management Division.
• Coordinate with Middle East Head Office for required licenses in terms of expansion and development.
• Manage and communicate the yearly Development Report required by Head Office.
• Ensure low-cost/best-value for all sites as per policies.
• Manage design layouts in terms of Trade Area requirements in collaboration with construction division.
• Manage allocated annual departmental budget by controlling expenditures, cost reduction initiatives and reporting variances versus budgeted, to ensure effective cost management practices.
• Provide guidance and leadership to all departmental staff to achieve agreed upon targeted goals and objectives.
• Ensure effective talent management practice . attracting, developing, rewarding and retaining high performance individuals by efficiently implementing approved HR policies and procedures.
