Job Description:
- Organize, plan and direct facility security, repairs, maintenance, and general operations for the facility
- Ensures all policies and procedures of the facility are enforced
- Maintain the operations of the facility on weekdays, evenings, and weekends
- Supervise personnel working in the facility and is in charge of monitoring safety and security of the facility
- Oversee building security and responds to all center emergencies
- Conduct regular walk through of the facility to assist visual maintenance and security
- Compile relevant building information to be released to the general public
- Monitor workers to assure safety and security policies are being followed
- Perform periodic reports and keep records of facility related issues
- Participate in orientation of new hired employees
