Performs human resources related duties at the professional level and may carry out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: staffing, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance, training & development, labor relations, policies & procedures, and HRIS.
1. Partner with management and employees to communicate various HR policies, procedures, laws, standards, metrics, HRIS and government regulations.
2. Review applications, interview, screen, and recruit job applicants to fill professional and technical job openings by matching experience and credentialing with specific job related requirements.
3. Respond to employee relation issues and solving their problems as per the KSA labor laws and related regulations.
4. Facilitate and/or provide training (including orientation) to the workforce in general and conducts new hire orientation.
5. Maintain employees’ database and process their entitlements and total rewards issues, in addition to maintaining and coordinating employees’ recognition programs.
6. Assist in developing the grading structure, salary scale, and business related policies and procedures of the hospital.
7. Maintain working relationship with governmental and other officials and adheres to terms of labor contract by monitoring day-to-day implementation of policies concerning wages, hours and working conditions.
8. Assist management in investigating, answering, and settling grievances, by arranging and scheduling grievance hearings between personnel, supervisor and the management team.
9. Conduct exit interviews and analyzes data and makes recommendations to the management team for corrective action and continuous improvement.
10. Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
