Role Summary:
Responsible for managing a group of Supervisors. He supports the Branch Manager in all aspects to meet Branch targets of responsible area.
Principal activities:
• Promote, motivate and coordinate direct elevator installation activities of the Supervisors in his group in order to deliver the Schindler overall business objectives (. customer satisfaction, operational results, efficiency metrics, etc.)
• Coordinate the development and execution of all work, optimize the work-groups, tools and means to meet the objectives of activity, yield and quality of the work
• Control the application of the safety and health guidelines
• Actively manage, develop and coach staff (quality, efficiency, customer orientation, etc.)
• Analyze root causes for deviations, set up and follow up corrective actions.
