KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Monitoring Performance
• Set Regional team objectives with National HAD Manager.
• Lead his team members are to ensure all their objectives concerning the member safety, high quality medical decision, adhering to the clinical guidelines / policy regulations, and protecting the organization from fraud and abuse.
• Conduct team performance reviews.
• Daily follow-up of team performance by reviewing the daily HAD sheet inputs of his region.
• Ensure enhancing his team members' capabilities.
2. Provider Contacts
• Daily visits to Providers - with and without a team members.
• Building and maintaining contacts inside Providers to facilitate the work of his team.
• Aiding team members with any issues inside Providers.
3. Reporting
• Daily reporting and maintaining quality of HAD sheet input.
• Weekly reporting to National of issues in his region.
• Monthly reporting of Fraud and Savings of the whole region.
4. Provider and Consultant Profiling
• Ensuring Provider Performance is monitored and reported according to agreed, specific Quality KPI's.
• Ensuring Consultant Performance is monitored and reported according to agreed, specific CQI's.
5. Communication
• Daily contact with members of his team.
• Daily contact with Providers.
• Proactively maintaining a healthy working relationship with Pre-authorization and PR Medical Managers.
6. Market
• Ensuring active info input on changing competitor and Provider practices.
7. Managing Performance
• Active coaching and help as needed to his team members, plus full induction of new recruits to his team.
• Set and lead initiatives by his team members.
