Role Purpose:
Provide support to the Category Manager in order to ensure efficient, timely and cost effective delivery of marketing plans, by handling the two main functions of marketing analysis or coordination of advertising and media plans delivery and receive directional support from the Category Manager.
Key Accountabilities:
Product Launch
- Track implementation of product launch to ensure efficient, timely and cost effective product launch.
Product Performance
- Collate information on the product performance to ensure effectiveness.
Market Analysis
- Provide appropriate information for supervisor to analyses product performance.
Product Development
- Collate and assist in the market research to ensure proper information is fed.
Promotions
- Assist in the preparation of promotional plans and marketing materials in support of new and existing products and services so that customer awareness of the offering is maximized.
