Job Role:
Acts as organizational development liaison and advisor to Sale Co leadership and facilitates Sale Co initiatives across the enterprise in that regard. Plans, develops, implements and administers HR Development for company. Responsible for development and integration of human resource programs and associated, multiple projects to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives.
Job responsibilities:
incorporates best practices and lessons learned into program plans.
a broad range of consultative services to all levels of employees regarding Organizational Structuring, Developing Job Descriptions and Policies & Procedures.
communication among employees and management. May guide managers and employees on problem solving, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance and litigation avoidance.
expertise in strategy development and execution, planning, and facilitation of employee relations efforts.
with planning, implementation, and on-going maintenance of Labor Relations, Employee Relations, Equal Employment Opportunity, Diversity, and Compensation Programs.
with management and employees on Equal Employment Opportunity issues and charges.
with management on performance, organizational, and leadership matters. Conducts needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance.
