The Revenue Assurance Manager shall be reporting to the Finance Director and will be responsible for monitoring, investigating and controlling any leakages or fraud in Virgin Mobile Saudi.
Duties and Responsibilities
• In-charge of monitoring systems and processes - develop relevant KPIs, design reports and routines framework for processes and transactions
• Prepare and submit the relevant risk reports in regular frequency as required by the concerned management authority
• Install operating frameworks for data interfaces to ensure smooth and successful reconciliation and alignment
• Develop and design monitoring tools for assessing performance
• Review reconciliations and accruals with accountant for MNO volumes
• Conduct investigations when anomalies are identified or any suspicions are detected
• Formulate or define thesis prior to investigation and review with Finance Director for feedback
• Engage relevant departments in investigations and ensure their cooperation and collaboration
• Prepare reports of all investigations conducted and submit them to the appropriate authority
• Develop risk maps based on investigation reports for use to mitigate and/or manage risks associated with the business
• Introduce and implement monitoring techniques, reporting procedures and other process improvements with the objective of reducing or eliminating risk completely
• Escalate cases of fraud and other anomalies to the Finance Director for further action
