Key Responsibilities:
Daily
1. Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
2. Prepare daily plans and pre-call planning sheets a day ahead, according to the routing plan (SMART OBJECTIVES).
3. Commit to the 9 steps of the call in each and every visit and provide feedback on every visit to KAM.
4. Follow-up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
5. Identify and resolve customers’ concerns.
6. Communicate new product and service opportunities to KAM, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity and suggest way forward.
7. Actively follow-up on collection of payments.
8. Coordinate delivery schedules and delivery of merchandise.
Weekly
1. Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made in accordance with the set routing plan.
2. Attend the WIM with own team and actively participate in the review on last week’s activities and action plan, finally document next week’s action plan and commit to its execution.
3. List all SKUs in all outlets within the assigned territory and provide justifications for outlets with limited listings.
4. Advice KAM on competitors’ new products(s) listing.
5. Monitor/report weekly on competitor activities (big events, new products, promotions).
Monthly
1. Complete monthly coverage plan for Food Service Channel.
2. Produce a number of invoices that is at least 70% for Food Service Channel.
3. Maintain an average number of SKUs per invoice not less than 3 SKU.
4. Sell not less than 80% of total portfolio customer for Food Service Channel.
5. Hit and exceed sales target.
6. Maintain an overdue free aging record.
7. At the beginning of each month, spend time with KAM to establish realistic sales objectives for the month and action plan.
8. Communicate/follow-up on promotional SKU listings and ensure modifications are done on the customer’s end.
9. Reactivate blocked and disabled SKUs.
10. Review product sheet to check product description, barcode and price.
