The service manager should manage and oversee the entire service operation including scheduling, prioritizing work, generating new service businesses, maintaining good relationships with Customers, suppliers, and other departments within the company. The Service Manager shall be a good leader, be able to organize, identify training requirements at different disciplines, and improve the operation towards a smooth service-oriented operation.
