Brand Communications Manager - Virgin Mobile Saudi

The Brand Communications Manager shall be reporting to the Head of Brand and manage full life-cycle of communications end-to-end including BTL, ATL, Social Networking and Brand Management with full responsibility of communication KPIs such as Brand Preference, Brand Perception, Brand Share, Executional Cut-Through (ECT), Ad Recall, among others.



Duties and Responsibilities



• Setting up of the yearly and quarterly marketing communication strategy and delivery plans for the brand

• In-charge of interfacing and coordination of communication projects with the advertising agency including writing different communication briefs, setting the communication tone, communication media, main selling points, positioning, among others.

• Hold accountability for the success, awareness and likeability of different ads and their effect vs. business cases.

• Establishes and maintains relationship with advertising agencies and key suppliers on day to day basis

• Coordinate the communication efforts with Virgin Mobile MEA group building synergies between the group communication strategy and Opco Strategy

• Delivers all BTL end to end including the designing, quality of execution and inventory management

• Develop the social media frameworks, CSR and PR platforms for the brand

• Stay on trend of different market advertising agencies, cost of different advertising media and effectiveness of each medium

• Responsible for the planning, designing, execution and success results for all events life cycle

• Manage the sponsorship strategy and activities

• Responsible for communication consistency across different touch points and hence proving writing and editing support for all outbound/inbound communication including promotional materials, website content, cross-selling campaigns, up-selling campaigns, SMS, VSMS ..etc.
