Job Purpose:
To ensure that documentation process for BSS/RAN Sites is performed as per project standards and all responsibilities are dealt with such as such as site design, site folders, documentation for approvals and NOC from authorities.
Key Duties:
Design and Documentation
• Prepare site design for approval and NOC documentation, site folder and reporting.
• Update designs for approval and NOC documents for authorities and property owners of the sites to ensure the workflow in compliance with project implementation plans.
• Update designs as built for site folder and documentation for authorities and property owners of the sites.
• Prepare and update transmission network plans and E1 routing.
• Support draftsman to solve complex site design engineering plans and coach junior draftsman to develop their design engineering skills.
• Adhere to all ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001 requirements as determined by the organization
Communications and Working Relations:
• EM/CW/TI/RF-TRS Plan engineers, Documentation and SAQ Team leaders, SAQ Surveyors/Negotiators and Documentation Clerks
Decision Making Authority and Responsibility:
• Receives instructions from Documentation Team leader
