We are currently looking for a Finance Director to lead and manage the financial function of TTC. Support Senior Leaders in their financial planning. Provide timely and accurate management / financial reports to internal and external customers.
KEY RESULT AREAS
Internal And External Relationships.
1. Provide sound advice to Leaders on financial issues.
2. Support clients to understand billings
3. Provide monthly management reports and quarterly reports inclusive of: Flexi budgets, Capex budgets and financial package (P&L -Balance Sheet)
4. Provide cash flow report
5. Liaise with external parties inclusive of financial institutions, banks, suppliers, auditors etc
6. Keep abreast of best practice developments in the external business environment
People
1. People have access to ERP system and are trained in its use
2. All people who are interacting with finance function are aware of the processes
3. Ensure our people are skilled in reading the reports provided
4. Participate in 1:1 with leader
5. Conduct 1:1 with Team members
6. Be active in developing and enhancing own skill set and the team
7. Support and demonstrate a safe and healthy office environment
Systems and Processes
1. Manage the collection and recording of costs and accruals.
2. Conduct internal audits
3. Participation in tender review sessions and provide requested support
4. Manage preparation of invoices to clients in a timely and accurate manner with all necessary support documentation
5. Analyse and evaluate proposed capital expenditure and assess justifications prepared by others
6. Ensure all payment terms are met for suppliers
