The Event Sales Representative shall provide sales and administrative support to the Branded Dealer Program outlets and the Virgin Sales Supervisor. Having worked previously in a retail sales or customer service environment, the ideal candidate must have a friendly approach, strong sales skills and project a genuine care or attention to customers.



Duties and Responsibilities



• Act as the direct link between Branded Dealers at store level and the Regional Sales Supervisor

• Help dealers meet and exceed quarterly targets for acquisition, retention and Virgin core values

• Front-line to the customers, offering ‘first-class’ product and service to successfully understand and accommodate customer needs

• Act as an ambassador for Virgin on behalf of the dealer by professionally representing the Virgin mobile brand with the highest levels of professionalism at all times

• Responsible for sales activities in the store and provide a high quality service to walk-in customers for new sales items or after sales support.

• Disseminate sales training for new products and services and test staff on their knowledge and ability.

• Ensure implementation of sales activities plus Virgin mobile’s policies and procedures in the store including maintenance of branding guidelines and marketing communications.

• Demonstrate initiative in learning and understanding new products, services and promotional offering

• Responsible for the direct selling of Virgin Mobile products and services

• Maintain a working knowledge of competitor products and services and be able to readily sell the FABs of Virgin Mobile products in response

• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly reports as requested by line manager to understand, assess and make recommendations based on report observations
