• Makes the initial contact with customers and explains services availability
• Provides quality frontline support with a high degree of customer satisfaction, expertise, and timeliness.
• Understands customers needs and queries and handles their objections.
• Helps improving customer satisfaction with the HR Department by resolving user queries either through direct intervention or by redirecting and following it up with appropriate technical personnel in the HR department
• Follows methods of problem solving/escalation of issues to ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction
• Analyses trends in customer requests and issues to identify problem areas, and provides periodic feedback/on-demand feedback to service desk administrator on service desk operation.
• Follows standard help desk procedures and logs all helpdesk interactions.
• Generates and provide monthly service management reports on various parameters like response time and uptime to HR Manager.
• Maintains confidentiality with regard to customers inquiries and information.
• Any other duty assigned by the management from time to time within the scope of the job.
