• Responsible for the creation and delivery of the overall Project Plan for relevant Ensiab Project
• Accountable for the relevant Ensiab Project delivery and the overall operational excellence outcomes of the Ensiab Program as a whole.
• Prepare and manage relevant Ensiab project plan.
• Monitor and track progress towards the Project delivery outcomes on behalf of the Program Manager.
• Make or escalate the key decisions required to ensure progress of the project.
• Manage the key project risks and resolve the key program issues.
• Oversee the relevant Enisab project process leads.
• Manage and deploy the project support and project design authority resource.
• Manage the day to day delivery of the vendors on the project.
