Network Installation, Monitoring and Support
• Oversees the day-to-day operation of the IT infrastructure and systems including hardware/software support, training, and special projects
• Plans, designs and implements IT infrastructure solutions.
• Assists in coordinating special projects including IT infrastructure and systems including hardware/software purchases, and system installation, backup, maintenance and problem solving
• Assists in providing network and remote hardware/software support; maintains IT operation documentation including hardware/software applications, support logs and other related information; researches and recommends network and server hardware and software
• Analyzes and troubleshoots IT infrastructure logs and tracks the nature and resolution of problems
IT infrastructure Installation, Monitoring and Support
• Researches and recommends IT infrastructure equipment
• Coordinates the ordering and installation of IT infrastructure equipment.
• Researches, analyzes, troubleshoots and resolves IT infrastructure related problems
• Develops and implements IT infrastructure operational procedures
Network Support & Business Continuity Support
• Develop, manage and testing backup and recovery plans;
• Play a supporting role in executing the IT Business Continuity plans as set by the IT Management
Procurement
• Assists with the purchase and inventory management of IT infrastructure software licenses, maintenance contracts, and hardware.
• Coordinate and work with teams (both IT Department and User teams)
Team work
• The ability to work with IT team or as individual with minimum supervision.
