• Reviews accounting documents to ensure accuracy of information and calculations and makes or directs correcting entries
• Posts data to various ledgers, registers, journals and logs following established accounting techniques and procedures.
• Ensure the smooth operations of the accounting processes; Treasury, GL, AR, AP, FA, Inventory, Payroll, closing and reporting.
• Preparation of a monthly account analysis of general ledger accounts to ensure complete and accurate financial reporting.
• Assisting in preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
• Review account receivables and account payables aging reports.
• Drive continuous improvement in the accounting process
• Drive effectiveness in annual external and internal audit
