Role Summary:
Responsible for the management of a group of Service Leaders in addition to his own responsibility as a Service Leader. Support the Branch Manager in all aspects to meet Branch targets of his area of responsibility. This role could be a full-time job if a Branch has more than 8 Service Leaders.
Principal activities:
• Promote, motivate, coordinate and direct activities of the service leaders in his group, in order to deliver the Schindler objectives (client satisfaction, top and bottom line)
• Coordinate the development and execution of all work, optimize the work-groups, tools and means to meet the objectives of sales, invoicing, activity, yield and quality of the work
• Control the application of the safety and health guidelines
• Actively manage, develop and coach staff (quality, productivity, efficiency, customer orientation, etc.)
• Analyze root causes for deviations and set up corrective actions
• Any other related responsibilities and duties
