The Pricing, Research and Budgeting Intelligence Manager shall be responsible with the setting up of consumer prices for Virgin Mobile’s phones, packages, products and services. He shall ensure profitability and marketability of the company’s pricing strategy across the board.



Duties and Responsibilities



• Provide support to the Head of Pricing, Budgeting, Research & Analysis to set up the product/service, promotions and offers pricing

• Prepare different product/service pricing proposals/iterations for the same concept applying different assumptions and sensitivity analyses

• Develop comprehensive detailed business cases for different products, services, promotions and offers with different war gaming scenarios

• Conducting different tariff/product pricing analysis on a regular basis using techniques such as “heat map /cheapness map”, identifying issues, opportunities and recommendations

• Use pricing tools to support decision making such as “best practices”, research, pilots, and models

• Conducting different pricing benchmark analyses to formulate recommendations in pricing improvements.

• Assist in maintaining a competitive/profitable tariff /product portfolio

• Develop post-analysis for all the launched promotions, offers, products and services on monthly basis vs. business case

• Responsible for building and running strong reporting and decision making tools

• Provide regular periodic reports on different marketing KPIs to the Head of Pricing, Budgeting, Research & Analysis

• Conduct different types of relevant research on specific factors on an on-going basis or ad-hoc

• Managing the intelligence area for all competitors’ ATL and BTL activities with the objective of staying in par with the competition
