• Is accountable for the total value and profitability of the successful tenders within the specific assigned markets
• Is responsible for all the variations accountable to errors in estimating project costs
• Strengthen UNIPODS LLC relations with key decision makers managing current and developing new contacts
• Is in charge of the analysis of tenders' documents, drawings, studies, bill of materials
• Estimate the global cost of jobs/projects to be executed and/or specific product broken down, in direct and indirect steps
• Involve all necessary key Managers in the definition of the final tender
• Responsible for the production of the tender documents, assessing risk and opportunity, negotiating competitive prices
• Evaluate men and hours required, execution times, study and preparation (PERT, graphs, etc.), processing times, as per time constraints
• Work closely with other functions, involving and maximizing input from PM, designers, production and all related functions, to manage the overall provisions of effective tendering
• Participate in the kick-off meeting to evaluate and if necessary review the tender budget
• Ensure best practice in tendering process and practices within the company
• Provide strategic direction in tendering, ensuring that resources and tools are available to deliver winning proposals
• Establish and maintain operational budgets for his team personnel and equipment
• Ensure strong working relationships are developed and maintained with key customers, opinion leaders and decision makers
• Collaborate with all other directions to maximize Group performance
• Always operate according to Group culture and values
