Sales Manager - Confidential

A newly established Tin Can Factory located in Dammam is looking for a Sales Manager to Sell and Promotes PAIL / CAN ranging from 15 to 25 Litters which usually being used for Paints and other delicate chemicals which are made by Tinplate.

Job Description

He will be specifically involved in the field of Marketing in KSA and Gulf markets as well as defined offshore markets by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results.

The ideal candidate must have proven ability to successfully sell and shall further develop the defined markets with an idea on how to maximize returns and increase the Company’s volumes.

He will be directly reporting to the Regional Sales Manager who will also provide world class customer support and services for the Company's products.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Prepares sales plan and able achieve the target.

* Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.

* Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply & demand.

* Maintains and improves good sales volume, product mix, and selling prices. Keep an eye to

the current supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.

* Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and

territories. Projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.

* Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support.

* Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue.

* Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.

* Assists sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top level decision-

makers.

* Presents periodical feedback of market situation, competitor's activities & promotions held

in the region to the General Manager.

* Develops new business networks for both Local and Export Markets.

* Supervises and guides the Sales and Marketing Executives for both Local and Export

Markets to enhance business prospects.

* Monitors and prepares monthly sales report and target sheets and performance of the

Sales and Marketing Executives. Holds weekly meetings to conduct effective sales progress. * Coordinates with Production Manager to Plan the production capacities according to

monthly, quarterly and yearly sales projections.

* Develops sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.

* Builds & maintains good relations with the customer to maximizes long term associations.

* Resolve customers’ complaints regarding sales and service.

* Maintains internal communication with support groups including Marketing, Product

Development, Manufacturing and SLS.

* Participate in New Product development reviews

* Collaborates with GM to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade show.
