1. Ensure compliance with Group HSEQ regulations in all the applicable fields and locations.
2. Evaluate transportation suppliers and negotiate for cost effectiveness
3. Implement & maintain PATROM (transportation management program)
4. Ensure a 100% compliance with PATROM for both the affiliate and the transportation suppliers
5. Ensure the audits of all transports according to PATROM standards
6. Ensure 100% fulfillment of Sales requirements, in quality, quantity and delivery schedules.
7. Maintain Inventory controls over finished imported & local products.
8. Maintain liaison with warehouse supervisors and production team and ensure in-time & smooth branches replenishment.
9. Establish quality & process standards for warehousing activities and ensure their implementation.
10. Gather & analyze sales forecasts
11. Establish annual budgets for all the warehouses (equipments, personnel, ..).
12. Lead and guide personnel in order to ensure their potential is utilized optimally and their output is in conformance with organizational needs.
13. Set targets and evaluate achievement thereof for subordinates.
14. Ensure compliance with certification of ISO 9001: 2008 quality standards
15. Monitor stock movements and identify slow/non moving products & stock
