Requirement eliciting and Process mapping
• Collecting, understanding, and transmitting the business requirements for the project based on detailed discussions with the SBUs.
• Translating these into functional specifications for the IT teams to understand.
• Document workflows and results of business analysis and obtain sign-off from SBUs on the specifications.
Customer management/Interface
• Managing customer relationships by participating in SBU meetings
• Constantly get customer feedback and communicate to the rest of the IT team.
• To provide the link between the customer, rest of the IT team and any third party regarding software/ERP functionality, throughout the development or implementation lifecycle.
• Prepare test cases based on the business requirements and perform User Acceptance testing (UAT).
